From date of purchase, European orders will take 5-7 working days to reach your doorstep. This excludes 24 hour process time.

Am I ensured? What happens if my watch breaks?

We will confidently state that our watches are firm. Equipped with water resistance, scratch protection. It may outlive you. However, in the rare chance that something does happen, customers are all insured up to one year from date of purchase - making them eligible for a refund or store credit.

Can watches be adjusted?

Yes, all our orders come with a watch link removal kit, making it extremely easy to adjust if one has lost (or gained) weight.
